It is said that the original idea for this building came from the preparation for the construction of the Grand Hall of the Shanghai World Expo.

The reason why the construction speed is so fast is that it uses preset steel structure materials, wall foam boards, etc. The building construction process is like building blocks. A crane lifts special steel, wall foam boards, pipes, floors and other accessories from the flatbed truck, and the installation workers assemble them to the predetermined position in turn. There are no excavators, cement mixers, and dust commonly found on construction sites on the site. Installation workers wear tool bags with wrenches, screwdrivers, and other items tied around their waists.

"Zero tolerance" thermal insulation measures for walls, windows, and ventilation make this building neither warm nor cold in winter, while cooling in summer is only targeted at the heating of the human body, lighting, and electrical appliances, using only 20% of traditional buildings. It is also an ultra clean building. The indoor ventilation is excellent, with 3 thorough air changes per hour. It uses a new air fan with an electrostatic precipitator, which is originally created by Yuanda. When outdoor dirty air enters the room through the machine, 99.9% of the dust and bacteria are filtered.
